By placing an order with Black Top Country, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise discussed. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order, including sizes, colors, designs, spelling, and quantities.

Custom Orders

Many of our items are custom made to order. Because of the personalized nature of these products:

• All custom sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on custom items.
• Customers are responsible for approving all custom details before production.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times may vary depending on order size, product availability, and current workload. Estimated completion times are not guaranteed but we will always do our best to communicate updates. basic turn around is 7 - 10 business days - this does not include weekends and holidays.

Shipping & Pickup

Once an order has been shipped or picked up, Black Top Country is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Product Variations

Please understand that slight variations in color, placement, and design may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and handmade customization.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has started. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item due to an error on our end, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order information so we can review the issue.

Intellectual Property

Custom designs created by Black Top Country may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
